abstract The present invention relates to: a novel indole-2-carboxylate derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating bone diseases, depilation or a wound, containing the same as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, the indole-2-carboxylate derivative is involved in the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway so as to remarkably suppress CXXC5, and has an excellent effect of enhancing the activity of osteoblasts, thereby being useful for preventing or treating bone diseases, depilation or a wound.
