titleOfInvention Image-capturing element, endoscope, and endoscope system
abstract The present invention provides an image-capturing element, an endoscope, and an endoscope system with which it is possible to realize both downsizing and fast read-out. The image-capturing element is provided with: a plurality of unit pixels 230 for receiving light from the outside and generating an image-capture signal that corresponds to the received luminous energy, the unit pixels 230 being disposed in two-dimensional matrix form; a plurality of vertical transfer lines 239 for transferring the image-capture signal; a first output amplifier unit 311 and a second output amplifier unit 312 for outputting the image-capture signal transferred from each of the plurality of vertical transfer lines 239 to the outside, a number of first output amplifier units 311 and second output amplifier units 312 being provided in accordance with a prescribed number of pixels; and a timing generation unit 25 for driving pixels in a plurality of rows simultaneously and causing each of the plurality of image-capture signals outputted from the pixels in the plurality of rows to be outputted simultaneously by the first output amplifier unit 311 and second output amplifier unit 312.
