The coating liquid for forming an electroconductive layer pertaining to an embodiment of the present invention contains metal fine particles, a dispersion medium, and a dispersant, the pH of the coating liquid being 4 to 8, the electrical conductivity thereof being 100 µS/cm to 800 µS/cm, and the metal fine particle content thereof being 20% by mass to 80% by mass. The method for manufacturing an electroconductive layer pertaining to another embodiment of the present invention uses a coating liquid for forming an electroconductive layer, the coating liquid containing metal fine particles, a dispersion medium, and a dispersant, wherein the method is provided with an application step for applying the coating liquid for forming an electroconductive layer, and a heating step for heating the coating liquid for forming an electroconductive layer after application thereof, the pH of the coating liquid for forming an electroconductive layer at the time of application thereof is 4 to 8, the electrical conductivity thereof is 100 µS/cm to 800 µS/cm, and the metal fine particle content thereof is 20% by mass to 80% by mass. |
