abstract |
This electrolytic capacitor is provided with: a positive electrode body that has a dielectric layer; a solid electrolyte layer that is in contact with the dielectric layer of the positive electrode body; and an electrolyte solution. The electrolyte solution contains a solvent and a solute. The solvent contains a glycol compound; and the solute contains an acid component and a base component. The amount of the acid component contained in the solute is larger than the amount of the base component contained in the solute in terms of a mass ratio; and the acid component contains a first aromatic compound having a hydroxyl group. Consequently, the present invention is able to provide an electrolytic capacitor which has excellent withstand voltage characteristics and heat resistance, and which is capable of maintaining low ESR. |
