abstract [Problem] There is a need for a coating resin composition that combines the beneficial properties of excellent chemical resistance in high temperatures against skin-protection creams typified by Neutrogena (registered trademark) creams that include a mixture of alkyl esters of benzoic acid, excellent gas barrier properties against metal-corroding gases typified by sulfur-containing gases, and excellent flexibility that is compatible with three-dimensional shape molding. [Solution] An ultraviolet-curable coating resin composition, the composition being characterized by including: an unsaturated group–containing acrylic resin having a weight average molecular weight of 5000–70000, 5–40 (meth)acrylate functional groups per molecule, a hydroxyl number of 2–200 mgKOH/g, and a glass transition temperature of 20–90°C; a volatile organic solvent; and a photoinitiator.
