titleOfInvention Prostate dilation catheter
abstract A prostate dilation catheter comprises a primary tube (9), and a urine drainage cavity (11), an inner balloon cavity (12), an outer balloon cavity (14) and an irrigation cavity (13) are disposed in the primary tube (9). A composite rod-like high-pressure water balloon is disposed at a front portion of an outlet port (8) of the urine drainage cavity (11) and an inlet port (7) of the irrigation cavity (13), and comprises an inner balloon (3) and an outer balloon (4). The inner balloon (3) is located at a front portion of an interior of the outer balloon (4), and front ends of the inner balloon cavity (12) and the outer balloon cavity (14) both have an opening respectively in the inner balloon (3) and outer balloon (4). The present invention employs this structure to enable automatic movement of the catheter toward the interior of a bladder after the urinary bladder neck is dilated, thereby eliminating the pressure on the external sphincter and preventing urinary incontinence. In addition, the present invention facilitates operative positioning and securing of the catheter, thereby preventing the catheter from exerting a pressure on a crypt and causing bladder spasms.
