An acrylic ester copolymer emulsion for a high-water-resistance heavy-duty anticorrosion coating is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 to 60 parts of styrene, 25 to 35 parts of butyl acrylate, 10 to 15 parts of methyl methacrylate, 5 to 10 parts of methyl acrylate, 1 to 2 parts of acrylic acid, 2 to 3 parts of glycidyl methacrylate, 0.5 to 1 part of initiator, 2 to 4 parts of anionic emulsifier, 1 to 2 parts of reactive emulsifier, 100 to 120 parts of deionized water, 0.0001 to 0.0002 part of pH regulator, and 3 to 5 parts of film coalescing aid. The emulsion is prepared by means of a semi-continuously dropwise adding mode, the emulsion has good water resistance, the formed coating is not whitened when placed into water, and the coating has good saline water resistance and salt spray resistance and can be used in the field of heavy-duty anticorrosion of metal materials. |
