abstract |
An exterior material for a lithium ion battery is provided with at least a substrate layer, a metal foil layer, and a sealant layer in this order. The sealant layer includes an anionic functional group-containing layer that contains a compound having an anionic functional group. The concentration of the anionic functional group included in the anionic functional group-containing layer is 1.0 mass% or more with respect to the total amount of the components constituting the anionic functional group-containing layer. |
