abstract | The invention relates to a method for producing borazane, comprising the synthesis of said borazane by reacting (metathesis reaction) at least one ammonium salt with at least one borohydride, said at least one borohydride being selected from the alkali metal borohydrides and the alkali-earth metal borohydrides.
