titleOfInvention Optoelectronic semiconductor component and 3d printer comprising said semiconductor component
abstract The optoelectronic semiconductor component (1) comprises a support (5) and a plurality of pixels (20) which can be actuated individually and which emit radiation (R) during the operation of the optoelectronic semiconductor component (1). The pixels (20) are made of a semiconductor material and are applied onto the support (5). The optoelectronic semiconductor component (1) contains a plurality of transport channels (3) which are designed to transport a gas and/or a liquid through the optoelectronic semiconductor component (1) in a direction transversely to and, within the optoelectronic semiconductor component (1), towards a radiation outlet side (10). Furthermore, the pixels (20) are designed to emit radiation (R) with a wavelength of a maximum intensity of 470 nm or less.
