titleOfInvention Assembly for determining the achievable adhesive strength before forming an integral connection to a surface of a join partner
abstract In an assembly for determining the achievable adhesive strength before forming an integral connection to a surface of a join partner, multiple detectors, designed for location-resolved spectral analysis of electromagnetic radiation within a wavelength interval, are provided and connected to an electronic evaluation unit. The detectors can detect radiation which is emitted from a broadband radiation source and which impinges on said detectors after being reflected by the surface of the join partner, and/or after irradiating the join partner that is transparent for electromagnetic radiation. In addition, a laterally and temporally homogeneous intensity of the electromagnetic radiation is to be observed. The join partner is formed of a material that does not absorb 100% of the respective electromagnetic radiation, and a transmittance and/or reflection is thereby possible. The electronic evaluation unit is designed in such a way that the location- and wavelength-resolved detected measurement signals of the detectors can be detected within a wavelength interval for an individual location point arranged on a predetermined surface, and measurement signals detected at multiple positions can each be assigned to a sub-region of the detected surface (hypercube). A data reduction can be carried out for all measurement signals of the sub-regions. Based on these selected characteristics, a statement relating to a corresponding adhesive strength can be achieved using a regression module stored in the storage means.
