Disclosed is an optical detection filter having a certain transmission spectrum for detecting fluorescent light emitted by a plurality of different fluorescent dyes; between 350 nm and 1000 nm, the transmission spectrum has a first stop band ( D S1) from D λ1 to D λ2, a first passband ( D D1) from D λ2 to D λ3, a second stop band ( D S2) from D λ3 to D λ4, a second passband ( D D2) from D λ4 to D λ5, a third stop band ( D S3) from D λ5 to D λ6 and a third passband ( D D3) from D λ6 to D λ7; the stop bands ( D S1, D S2, D S3) each have an average maximum transmittance of 0.01, preferably 0.001 or 0.0001, and the passbands ( D D1, D D2) each have an average minimum transmittance of 0.5, preferably 0.8 or 0.9;where 350 nm ≤ D λ1 < D λ2 < D λ3 < D λ4 < D λ5 < D λ6 < D λ7 < 1000 nm. |
