abstract The embodiments of the present invention relate to a method of producing lignocellulolytic enzymes using a species of white rot fungi by solid stale fermentation (SSF) is provided. The method comprises obtaining artificially modified fungus. The artificially modified fungus is Trammetes lactinea (GanoBF I ). An inoculum is prepared using said artificially modified fungus. A substrate is prepared using rubber-wood sawdust, vermiculite and rice bran. The said substrate is inoculated with the said prepared inoculum. The substrate is incubated to obtain the lignocellulolytic enzymes. The incubation is done tn a growth chamber at 25 ± 2°C under SSF static conditions. The fermentation is carried out of the said incubated substrate for at least 21 days.
