Method for treating keratin fibres with a polymer containing a nucleophilic group and a polyalkoxylated activated (thio) ester |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for treating keratin fibres comprising the application to the fibres i) of at least one polymer containing nucleophilic groups in particular containing primary or secondary amino groups and ii) of at least one polyalkoxylated activated (thio)ester containing an aliphatic chain. The invention also relates to a cosmetic composition comprising the ingredients i) and ii) and a kit comprising the ingredients i) and ii) that enables the implementation of such a method. The method gives the damaged fibre treated a long-lasting hydrophobic surface state, the hydrophobicity effect being persistent after one or more shampoo washes, while providing a good cosmetic feel. |
