titleOfInvention Array substrate and manufacturing method therefor
abstract An array substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, belonging to the technical field of displays, and solving the technical problem that an existing manufacturing progress of an array substrate is too complex. The array substrate comprises a plurality of sub-pixel units formed on a base substrate (100). Each of the sub-pixel units comprises a thin film transistor and a second pixel electrode (106). The material of a thin film transistor active layer (105) is an oxide semiconductor. The material of the second pixel electrode (106) is a plasma-processed oxide semiconductor. The technical solution is applicable to an IPS type or an FFS type liquid crystal display.
