titleOfInvention | Photoelectric conversion element |
abstract | A photoelectric conversion element including a substrate and a plurality of conductive layers which are disposed on the substrate and which are arranged with respect to each other with grooves interposed therebetween is disclosed. The photoelectric conversion element includes at least one photoelectric conversion cell. The photoelectric conversion cell includes one of the plurality of conductive layers, an opposing substrate opposing the conductive layer, and an oxide semiconductor layer disposed between the conductive layer and the opposing substrate. On the substrate, an electrically conductive film is disposed extending in the longitudinal direction of the grooves between the plurality of conductive layers. The electrically conductive film has cracks with a length of not less than 5 μm at a rate of 15 cracks or more per 100 μm of length in the longitudinal direction of the grooves. |
