The present invention provides the following: a method for enhancing the rich flavor of a fat-containing milk-flavored beverage, characterized in that the rich flavor of a fat-containing milk-flavored beverage is enhanced by adding one or more acetyl compounds selected from the group consisting of 2-acetylthiazole, 2-acetylpyridine, 2-acetyl-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyridine, and 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline; and a rich flavor enhancer characterized in comprising one or more acetyl compounds selected from the group consisting of 2-acetylthiazole, 2-acetylpyridine, 2-acetyl-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyridine, and 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline, and in being used as a starting material for a fat-containing milk-flavored beverage in order to enhance a rich flavor. |
