Disclosed are a corn ZmTrxh gene and applications thereof. A protein disclosed in the present invention is shown as the following (1) or (2): (1) a protein shown as SEQ ID No. 2; and (2) a protein that is obtained by means of substitution and/or deletion and/or addition of one or more amino acid residues of an amino acid sequence shown in the SEQ ID No.2 and that have the same function. The major gene ZmTrxh for sugarcane mosaic virus disease prevention of corns disposed in the present invention can improve the resistance of the corn to a sugarcane mosaic virus disease. |
