abstract Disclosed is a resin film 10 that comprises a polyimide-based polymer. The tensile modulus of elasticity of the resin film 10 is 4.0 GPa or greater. In a bending test where the resin film 10 is repeatedly bent in U-shape until the distance between bent film parts facing each other attains 3 mm and straightened out, the number of bending the resin film 10 until fracture of the resin film 10 occurs exceededs 100,000 times.
