titleOfInvention | Antigenic composition for detecting auto-antibody with specific response to exosomal protein eif3a, and method for diagnosing liver cancer using antigenic composition |
abstract | The present invention relates to an auto-antibody binding specifically to an eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 subunit A (EIF3A) protein, which is an exosomal protein, or a fragment comprising an antigen-binding site of the auto-antibody, a hybridoma cell line for generating the auto-antibody, a polypeptide having an amino acid sequence of the antigen-binding site and binding specifically to the auto-antibody, a composition for diagnosing liver cancer comprising an agent for measuring the expression level of a fragment containing the auto-antibody or an antigen-binding site thereof, a diagnostic kit for liver cancer comprising the composition, and a method for providing information for diagnosing liver cancer by means of the composition. Additionally, the present invention relates to a method for screening therapeutic agents for liver cancer by means of expression levels of the auto-antibody. When the anti-EIF3A auto-antibody according to the present invention is used as a diagnostic marker for liver cancer, liver cancer can be diagnosed with a high level of accuracy using just a non-invasive biological sample, and furthermore, as the diagnosis of liver cancer can be made easy by means of the identified amino acid sequence, the present invention is expected to be beneficial in the development of diagnostic products, such as a liver cancer diagnostic kit. |
