abstract Through the present invention, a phoresis device for causing an object body to move by dielectrophoresis is realized through use of a thin-film transistor substrate. A phoresis device (1) is provided with a TFT substrate (10) for forming an electric field for dielectrophoresis and supporting muscle cells (T1) and nerve cells (T2). In the phoresis device (1), a voltage is applied to a portion of a plurality of transistors provided to the TFT substrate (10), and the muscle cells (T1) and nerve cells (T2) are thereby caused to move.
