This simulated animal organ producing method includes: a molding step for mixing water with a raw material containing mannan as a main component to make a paste, and molding the paste into an animal organ shape to obtain a molded body; and a low temperature step for maintaining the molded body in an environment having a low temperature that is lower than normal temperature. Thus, a simulated animal organ considerably close to an actual animal organ is provided. |
