abstract | The present invention relates to the field of inorganic non-metal materials and electrochemistry, and discloses a transition metal oxide/graphene composite material having a yolk-shell structure and a manufacturing method and application thereof. The method comprises: (1) adding transition metal oxide particles and deionized water to an alcohol, performing ultrasonic dispersion, adding tetraethyl orthosilicate and aqueous ammonia to react for 3-8 h at 20-50˚C, adding 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, stirring and uniformly mixing, placing in a hydrothermal reactor to perform a hydrothermal reaction, washing, and drying to obtain a surface-modified transition metal oxide; and (2) dispersing the surface-modified transition metal oxide in deionized water, adjusting the pH value of the dispersion while stirring, adding an oxidized graphene solution, stirring and uniformly mixing, placing in a hydrothermal reactor to perform a hydrothermal reaction, placing in a strong alkaline solution, stirring and reacting, centrifuging and washing, and drying to obtain a transition metal oxide/graphene composite material having a yolk-shell structure. The manufactured material has better electrochemical performance. |
