titleOfInvention | Array substrate, display panel, display device and method for preparing array substrate |
abstract | An array substrate, a display panel, a display device and a method for preparing an array substrate. The array substrate comprises a transparent substrate (100) and a polarizer attached to the transparent substrate (100), wherein the polarizer comprises a first protective layer (200) which is in contact with the transparent substrate (100), and a relational expression 0 ≤ 丨C丨 ≤ 1.0 × 10 -13 Pa -1 is satisfied between the first protective layer (200) and the transparent substrate (100), C being defined by a formula. When the array substrate is designed, there is no need to consider improving the material of the polarizer, and a change in an index of photoelastic birefringence can be ensured to be zero or approximately zero in the case where a finally formed array substrate is subjected to a stress force as long as the thickness of the first protective layer (200) or the material of the first protective layer (200) is adjusted, so that light leakage caused by photoelastic birefringence of a finally formed liquid crystal display panel can be eliminated or reduced. |
