abstract |
A bearing lubricating oil comprises the following materials in part by mass: 95 to 110 parts of poly-α-olefin; 4 to 8 parts of C12 alcohol ester; 3 to 6 parts of tributyl O-acetylcitrate; 5 to 8 parts of 3,3'-dihydroxy-4,4'-diketoβ-carotene; 3 to 7 parts of Dioctyl terephthalate; 8 to 13 parts of p-phenylene terephthalamide; 2 to 4 parts of 1H-Benzotriazole; 10 to 14 parts of polyamide-imide; 1.1 to 1.3 parts of nanometer BaTiO3; 1.5 to 1.7 parts of nanometer lanthanum hexaboride; 3 to 5 parts of cyclohexanamine; and 1.8 to 2.5 parts of 3,4-dimethylbenzylidene sorbitol. The lubricating oil can extend a replacement cycle and a service life of a bearing and reduce more than 70% of a cost. |
