titleOfInvention Cyclopropyl phosphate preparation method
abstract A cyclopropyl phosphate preparation method uses n-butyllithium to promote a reaction of diethyl phosphite with α, β-unsaturated ketones, and synthesizes cyclopropyl phosphonic acid via one-pot synthesis. Compared to the existing methods, the method in the present invention has a high target product yield rate up to 95%, uses a relatively small amount of bases, and has a simple post-reaction treatment. The method also has favorable stereoselectivity for the obtained cyclopropyl phosphate with the de value > 99%, and has universality for various substituted α, β-unsaturated ketones.
