titleOfInvention Ultra-low power flexible piezoelectric audio recognition sensor for internet of things
abstract A piezoelectric audio recognition sensor according to the present invention comprises: a flexible thin film (600); a piezoelectric material layer (300) stacked on the flexible thin film (600); and an electrode (500) stacked on the piezoelectric material layer (300). The electrode (500) includes a plurality of frequency separation channels disposed in series, and the plurality of frequency separation channels have respectively different lengths. The present invention uses the plurality of frequency separation channels formed in a trapezoidal configuration to separate detected audio through the plurality of channels according to frequency and simultaneously convert the separated audio signals from mechanical vibration signals to electrical signals and recognize same through a piezoelectric sensor.
