abstract |
The purpose of the present invention is to easily and stably obtain a lightweight thermoplastic elastomer foam that has excellent shock absorbing properties.nA method for producing a thermoplastic elastomer foam according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a step for producing a master batch of a tackifying resin containing 35-55% by weight of a thermoplastic elastomer (A), which is composed of a block copolymer containing a polymer block that has isobutylene as a constituent monomer and a polymer block that has an aromatic vinyl monomer as a constituent monomer, and 45-65% by weight of a tackifying resin (B); a step for producing a foamable composition by mixing 200-400 parts by weight of the thermoplastic elastomer (A) and 2-40 parts by weight of a foaming agent (C) per 100 parts by weight of the master batch; and a step for molding the foamable composition. |
