abstract The present invention relates to the technical field of a natural product extraction and separation, and particularly relates to environmentally-friendly extraction and purification methods of natural cinnamic aldehyde. The environmentally-friendly extraction and purification methods of natural cinnamic aldehyde comprise the following steps: step 1, pre-treatment: pulverizing a cinnamon raw material into powder or preparing a slurry of the cinnamon raw material; step 2, microwave-heated distillation: add the powder or the slurry to water to obtain a cinnamon slurry, and then heating and distilling, via microwaves, the cinnamon slurry or the slurry acquired in the step 1 to obtain a gas distillate consisting of vaporized essential oil and water vapor; step 3, inclusion reaction: adding a gas distillate to a cyclodextrin solution to form an inclusion system, and then performing, by the inclusion system, an inclusion reaction to obtain an inclusion system precipitating inclusion compound crystals; step 4, collecting the inclusion compound crystals; and step 5, drying and pulverization. The environmentally-friendly extraction and purification methods of natural cinnamic aldehyde eliminate the need for an organic solvent and an expensive separation apparatus, and have the advantages of lower energy consumption, simple process, high manufacturing efficiency and high recovery rate.
