Provided is a three-dimensional crosspiece structure in which a loop is formed by a continuous filament being partially welded in a random manner, which has a longitudinal direction that corresponds to the direction of extrusion and a transverse direction and a thickness direction that are perpendicular to the direction of extrusion, and which comprises a polyethylene-based thermoplastic resin, a polyester-based thermoplastic elastomer or a mixture of a polyethylene-based thermoplastic resin and a polyethylene-based thermoplastic elastomer, wherein the three-dimensional crosspiece structure has a rebound resilience of 13 cm or more, a hysteresis loss of not greater than 34% and not less than 13%, and a thermal elongation rate in the longitudinal direction of 0-8% before and after a hot air drying test. The three-dimensional crosspiece structure has a hysteresis loss and elasticity characteristics that are suitable for characteristics of the human body, and does not shrink when subjected to high temperature disinfection or the like. |
