titleOfInvention | Polymer composition, liquid crystal alignment agent, liquid crystal alignment film, substrate comprising said liquid crystal alignment film, and liquid crystal display element comprising said liquid crystal alignment film |
abstract | The present invention provides a polymer composition for manufacturing a high-quality liquid crystal alignment film in which the alignment control functionality is stable and the range of the amount of irradiated light that is generated can be enlarged. Specifically, the present invention provides a composition for manufacturing liquid crystal alignment film for an in-plane switching liquid crystal display element. The present invention further provides a liquid crystal alignment agent and a liquid crystal alignment film formed from the composition, and a substrate and a liquid crystal display element comprising said liquid crystal alignment film. The polymer composition comprises (A) at least two polymers having a structure that exhibits photoreactivity and a structure that exhibits liquid crystallinity, and (B) an organic solvent. In particular, the content of the structure exhibiting photoreactivity is different in at least one polymer (A1) and another polymer (A2) of the at least two polymers. |
