abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing a large volume of an exosome comprising a target protein, to an exosome-producing vector that can be used in the exosome production, to an exosome comprising a target protein produced by means of the method, and to a method for transferring the target protein into cytoplasm by using the exosome which is produced. When using the production method for an exosome comprising the target protein provided by the present invention, the exosome comprising the target protein can be produced in high yield, and thus the present invention can be widely used in disease treatment using the exosome.
