titleOfInvention Nano-wire solar cell and manufacturing method therefor
abstract The present invention relates to a nano-wire solar cell. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a nano-wire solar cell. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a structure that is capable of improving the contact problem of an existing solar cell structure, significantly reducing the process, and simultaneously obtaining high optical efficiency by excluding the planarization step for an upper ITO contact or the conformal deposition process that has been mentioned in the background of the invention. According to the present invention, the planarization step for an upper contact or the conformal deposition step for a transparent oxide, which has been mentioned in the background of the invention, is not necessary so that it is possible to reduce the process, thereby improving the problem of cost and the problem of a complicated process in the existing contact.
