The invention relates to a method for forming an organic optoelectronic device (1), comprising at least one three-dimensionally curved organic functional layer assembly (2), wherein the layer assembly has at least a first and a second organic functional layer. The method comprises the deposition of the first organic functional layer on a three-dimensionally curved substrate (3) by means of molecular layer deposition (MLD) (step A) and the deposition of the second organic functional layer on the first organic functional layer by means of molecular layer deposition (MLD) (step B), wherein, in step B, covalent bonds are formed when the second layer is connected to the first layer. The invention further relates to an organic optoelectronic device. |
