abstract | Provided is a method for a graphite fine powder to be doped and used as a negative electrode material, said method comprising the following steps: step A: using "tailings" generated during the production of a lithium battery graphite negative electrode material as a raw material, adding a binding agent, a pore-forming agent and a doping agent, performing kneading and granulation, performing roll-pressing or pressing, and performing carbonisation at a high temperature; step B: crushing, shaping and pelletising the carbonised material, and obtaining a spherical or oval graphite powder which satisfies a particle size range requirement; step C: performing granularity blending on the pellitised powder, and filling the powder into gaps between particles. The preparation method of the present invention has a safe and controllable process, the recycling of the low value graphite "tailings" is implemented, and the prepared negative electrode material has good performance and exhibits good cycling, rate charge and discharge, and low temperature performance. |
