titleOfInvention Transdermal preparation containing antifungal active material
abstract The present invention relates to a transdermal pharmaceutical composition containing an antifungal active material, a hydrophilic film forming agent, and a hydrophilic solvent, and to a method for preparing the same. The antifungal active material is allowed to permeate deep into the skin at a high concentration, leading to excellent effects in drug-impermeable chronic keratinous skin, intractable trichophytosis, and the like; the drug is allowed to be absorbed into the skin at a high concentration, thereby decreasing the number of times of administration; a hydrophilic film is formed on a lesion site, thereby delivering the drug in a short time; and the formed film is washed easily with water, thereby reducing the use inconvenience in that the film is not washed easily.
