abstract | The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device and method whereby it is possible to quantify a blood-vessel-(basal/basolateral)-side discharge fraction, a lumen-(apical)-side discharge fraction, and an intracellular retention fraction of a medicine administered to cells and thereby ascertain a distribution ratio in each fraction and assess an overall image of pharmacokinetics in vitro. As an example, the present invention provides a component analysis device characterized by being provided with a retaining part for retaining a plurality of containers for retaining liver cell tissue, and an analysis part for measuring a component supplied to the plurality of containers and analyzing the measured component, the plurality of containers being at least a first container and a second container, a first solution including a substance for releasing adhesion between a plurality of cells forming the liver cell tissue being retained in the first container, a buffer liquid being retained in the second container, and the analysis part measuring the amount of the component discharged to the first solution from the liver cell tissue in the first container and the amount of the component discharged to the buffer liquid in the second container from the liver cell tissue in the second container, and analyzing the amount of the component discharged via a bile duct in the liver cell tissue. |
