Aggregate particles that satisfy the requirements represented by formulae (1) and (2): y≥ 1.505x-56.4 (1) 80 ≤ x ≤ 95 (2) [in formulae (1) and (2), y (%) represents a solar reflectance and x represents a lightness L* value]; and a heat-insulating pavement body 10 that comprises a base layer 11 formed of asphalt or concrete and an aggregate layer 12, said aggregate layer 12 being disposed on the base layer 11 and comprising the aforesaid aggregate particles 12a fixed by a resin binder 12b.
