Disclosed is a technology for extracting and preparing high-purity raffinose from defatted wheat germ, comprising: using defatted wheat germ as a raw material to perform infiltration and extraction, thereby obtaining a raffinose extracting solution; performing decolorization on the raffinose extracting solution, thereby obtaining an extracting solution; performing electrodialysis desalination treatment on the extracting solution, thereby obtaining a desalting solution; further removing impurities from the desalting solution through a simulated moving bed; concentrating raffinose, thereby obtaining supersaturated syrup; finally crystallizing the supersaturated syrup of the raffinose, thereby finally obtaining high-purity raffinose of which the purity is up to more than 98%. The yield is more than 75%, the whole technology is simple and reliable, is easy to operate, and is easy to implement, and parameters are convenient to control. |
