Provided is a packing material for cells which has high insulating properties.nThe packing material for cells is constituted of a laminate which comprises, in the following order along the thickness direction, an outer layer, an interlayer constituted of a metal foil, and an inner layer constituted of a fusion-bondable resin, whereinnthe inner layer comprises a resin layer that is constituted of a resin having a melt viscosity, as measured in a dry nitrogen atmosphere at 170ºC and a rotation speed of 20 rpm, of 150-900 Pa·sec and that has a thickness of 20 µm or greater. |
