The present invention provides a flame-resistant, high-visibility fabric that has a pleasant feel and is exceptionally economically advantageous. One surface (surface A) of this fabric is mainly formed from filaments comprising fibers that can be dyed to a luminance factor and color coordinates stipulated by ISO 20471, and the other surface (surface B) is mainly formed from filaments obtained by mix-spinning non-melting fibers and flame-retardant fibers exhibiting a self-extinguishing property. The fibers forming part of said surface A, which can be dyed to a luminance factor and color coordinates stipulated by ISO 20471, are polyester fibers, nylon fibers, and/or acrylic fibers. The non-melting fibers forming part of said surface B are cellulose fibers, and the self-extinguishing fibers are modacrylic fibers. |
