The cap 5 is provided with: a cylindrical body 51; a protrusion 52 protruding outward from the lower end-side portion of the cylindrical body; a first rib 55 for welding, the first rib 55 protruding downward from the lower surface of the protrusion; and a second rib 56 for welding, the second rib 56 protruding downward from the lower surface of the cylindrical body 51. The first rib 55 for welding and the second rib 56 for welding are melted, and the cap is secured to a flange. |
