abstract |
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a cartilage regeneration material for suppressing fibrous soft tissue infiltration and providing good cartilage regeneration, and a method for producing this cartilage regeneration material. The present invention provides a cartilage regeneration material including a porous material of a biocompatible polymer and a biocompatible polymer film, wherein the porous material contains chondrocytes and cartilage matrix, and this cartilage matrix is present in a zone of 10% or more of the thickness zone from the surface of the implant surface of the porous material up to 150 μm. |
