abstract |
Disclosed are a distillation column system, equipment and a method for generating oxygen by means of low-temperature separation of air. The distillation column system has a high-pressure column (101; 201), a low-pressure column (102; 202), a main condenser (103; 203) and an argon discharge column (152; 252) comprising an argon discharge column head condenser (155, 255). The low-pressure column (102) comprises a top substance exchange region (131), a bottom substance exchange region (132) and a middle substance exchange region (130). The middle substance exchange region (130) is divided in a gas-tight manner into a first sub-space (134) and a second sub-space (135) by means of a vertical separating wall (136). The first sub-space (134) is open at the top towards the top substance exchange region (131) and open at the bottom towards the bottom substance exchange region (132). The second sub-space (135) is open at the bottom towards the bottom substance exchange region (132), but is closed (36) in a gas-tight manner at the top towards the top substance exchange region (131) and forms the argon discharge column (152). The argon discharge column head condenser (155, 255) is arranged inside the low-pressure column (102) between the top and the middle substance exchange region. The argon discharge column head condenser (155) is designed as a pocket evaporator, in that said head condenser has a heat exchanger block (51) and at least one pocket (39, 40) which is attached to the outer face of the heat exchanger block (51) and forms the inlet to the evaporation space. |
