abstract The present invention relates to an enzyme-based potentiometric glucose detection sensor and a method for manufacturing same, the glucose detection sensor detecting glucose by measuring a potential difference according to an enzyme reaction without the application of an external voltage, and comprising: an electrode which has the surface thereof modified by a gold-zinc alloyed dendritic oxide; a hydrogen ion sensitive conductive polymer which is formed on the oxide; and a glucose degrading enzyme which is bound to the conductive polymer through a covalent bond.
