abstract The purpose of the present invention is to provide a transdermal absorption sheet capable of improving the strength thereof against impact during puncturing. A transdermal absorption sheet (100) equipped with a sheet section (116) and a plurality of needle-shaped projections (110) positioned on a first principal surface of the sheet section (116), wherein: the sheet section (116) has a center section (116A), which is the region where the plurality of needle-shaped projections (110) are formed, and an outer-edge section (116B), which is the region from the center section (116A) to an end section (116C); and the maximum thickness (TMax) of a thick section (116D) in the outer-edge section (116B) is greater than the average thickness (TAve) of the center section (116A).
