The present invention relates to a surgical assembly (1) for ocular surgery, comprising a direct measuring device of intraocular pressure (10), a surgical accessory utilisable in conjunction with a surgical instrument (20) suitable to perform eye surgery, said surgical accessory being insertable in the ocular cavity through an accessory ocular incision. The direct measuring device of intraocular pressure is coupled to the surgical accessory so as to be insertable in the ocular cavity along with said surgical accessory through said accessory ocular incision. |
