abstract | The present invention relates to a composition for enhancing immunosuppressive activity of myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCc), the composition containing immunoregulatory T cells (Treg cells) and/or transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β), to a method for enhancing immunosuppressive activity of myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) using the same, and to an immunosuppressive composition containing MDSCs differentiated into subpopulations by the treatment with immunoregulatory T cells and/or TGF-β. The use of the composition of the present invention can obtain MDSCs with enhanced immunosuppressive activity, and the use of the MDSCs can effectively prevent or treat immune-related diseases. |
