abstract |
The present invention relates to HER2 binding molecules comprising three binding domains for the same epitope (trivalent), or comprising a bivalent HER2 binding combined with an effector function. The invention also relates to trispecific HER2 binding molecules comprising three binders, each for a different epitope in the HER2 extracellular domain. The invention further comprises treatment of various HER2 expressing tumours comprising heterogeneic tumours and tumours or parts of it that are resistant to treatment with only a single epitope targeted therapy. |
