abstract |
This solar cell (100) is provided with a collector electrode (70) on a first main surface of a photoelectric conversion part (50). The collector electrode (70) comprises a first conductive layer (71) and a second conductive layer (72) sequentially from the photoelectric conversion part (50) side. An insulating layer (9) is provided on the first main surface of the photoelectric conversion part so as to cover generally the entire surface of the region where the first conductive layer is not provided and a part of the upper surface of the first conductive layer. The insulating layer on top of the first conductive layer has an opening, and the second conductive layer is a plating layer that is electrically connected to the first conductive layer through the opening of the insulating layer. The first conductive layer contains a metal particle component and an insulating material. The metal particle component of the first conductive layer comprises primary particles and secondary particles. It is preferable that in a cross-section of the first conductive layer, the area ratio of the secondary particles to the total of the primary particles and the secondary particles and the variation coefficient of the particle size are respectively within predetermined ranges. |
